Laser Northeast Agrees to Sell to Williams Partners for $750 Million
Delphi Midstream Partners, LLC announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Laser Northeast Gathering Company, LLC ("Laser") in Pennsylvania and other gathering assets in Texas to Williams Partners for approximately $750 million.

Joined by landowners and local officials, Laser Northeast Gathering Company, LLC (Laser) officials held a ceremonial groundbreaking today to announce the commencement of construction on the New York portion of the proposed Susquehanna Gathering System after receipt of all permits last week.

Let the Digging Begin - We are officially under construction. We broke ground on February 1 in Pennsylvania. On February 17 we received our Article VII approval from the NY PSC. We expect to commence construction in New York shortly.
