Links & Resources

Laser Northeast Gathering plays an important role in the natural gas system by collecting and transporting natural gas supplies for use throughout the Northeast. We provide a vital link between hometown gas producers and the main pipeline distribution network that carries most of the country’s natural gas to markets.

Natural gas is an important energy source in America’s current energy mix, accounting for over 25 percent of energy used in the country, and that number is continuing to rise. Natural gas provides us with energy security because 99 percent of the natural gas we use is produced on this continent. Currently, natural gas supplies approximately 63 million residential customers and 5 million commercial customers.
